| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has made great efforts to combat corruption,with firm attitudes and effective measures to fight the tigers and fly flies.The anti-corruption work has achieved remarkable results and won the full recognition and active support of the broad masses of people.However,while seeing the achievements,we should also be soberly aware that the current situation in the anti-corruption struggle is still complicated and severe,and there are some violations of discipline and law that do not converge or stop,which violates the sense of gain,happiness,and security of the people.As a discipline inspection and supervision cadre who implements party rules and disciplines and plays a major role in the construction of party style and clean government and anti-corruption work,their own quality and law enforcement level directly determine the efficiency and quality of discipline inspection and supervision.After the reform of the disciplinary inspection system and the supervision system,the discipline inspection and supervision agencies at all levels have more complex work content and wider scope of supervision,and the comprehensive improvement of the ability,quality and professionalism of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres after the reform and the current new situation There is still a certain gap in the new requirements for discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era,effectively promote the in-depth development of party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption work,it is of great significance to further strengthen the ability and quality of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Based on the actual situation of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision cadre team construction,this article continuously explores ways to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.The paper uses the literature research method to analyze and comb the relevant literature,uses the investigation method to understand and grasp the current situation of the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Wusheng County,and collects the main needs of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the form of questionnaires and interviews.Wusheng County's discipline inspection and supervision cadre team construction problems and reasons,further explore scientific and effective countermeasures and suggestions,continuously enhance the disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team's ability to perform their duties,and provide talent guarantee for the promotion of comprehensive strict governance of the party to the grassroots level.The thesis is divided into six parts in total.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborating the background and significance of the research,and summarizing the status quo of the research literature on domestic and overseas,and introducing the research ideas and methods,research content and innovations of this thesis.The second chapter introduces the related fundamental concepts and theoretical foundations,and explains the connotation and application of human capital theory and incentive theory.The third chapter introduces the current situation of the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in Wusheng County.The fourth chapter summarizes the problems in the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in Wusheng County and the reason analysis.Chapter 5 puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadre team in Wusheng County from four aspects:selection and appointment of cadres,education and training,assessment and incentives,and supervision and management.The sixth chapter is the research conclusions and prospects of the thesis. |
