China implements the household registration system for citizens,which is a basic system to safeguard citizens' legitimate rights and interests and guarantee social stability.Household registration plays an important role in dealing with family disputes,social disputes and social criminal cases.It is also an important written basis for citizens to work,buy houses and send their children to school.At the same time,it is an important data source for national statistics on the distribution of civil society.Before the emergence of computer technology,household registration basically relied on manual completion,large amount of recorded data,high frequency of population census,difficult census is a significant characteristic of this period.After the emergence of computer technology,household registration information can basically rely on the computer system for data recording,can complete the basic printing,query and other operations.With the development of network society,the complexity of human activities is increasing,which poses new challenges to household registration management.The current household registration management work requires more collaborative work among departments and multiple departments,so as to simplify the household registration management process,improve the information absorption surface and improve the office quality of household registration management.This topic comes from a city in liaoning province,under the national unified plan of the ministry of public security,the country's population basic information service platform has been established,under the guidance of the next step in the reduction of political decentralization policy,how to simplify the household registration management process,improve the efficiency of convenient business is dealt with,the ability of cross departments work together around the public security system is one of the important subjects in household registration management continue to explore.In this paper,the author studies on liaoyang city household registration management system introduced the SOA architecture system,the system in theory and technology can improve the work ability of city and county,can improve the working ability of intercity,reduce residents more runs of the same,the original one to travel many times to deal with the situation can be reduced to a one to two times.Based on the theoretical knowledge of software engineering,this system adopts the B/S development mode,introduces the NET multi-layer system technical architecture model,USES SQL Server 2012 as the database management system,improves the implementation effect of object-oriented programming through C#,strengthens the business communication between the application program and the database with the EntityFramework framework,and improves the execution efficiency of data.This system in business,general household registration archives management,the move out query management,management,management of transient population,household register system of safety management,and other functions,and the use of UML modeling tools to complete the analysis of the function and design,through the system implementation and testing,the liaoyang city household registration management system can satisfy the daily management of this municipality's permanent residents registered permanent residence and emigration,residents in the legitimacy of the recognition and WaiShi fast ingoing administration work such as the needs of the residents,with the support of corresponding technical indicators,make household registration management process more secure and efficient.
