On The Function-Shaping Of Chinese Household-Registration System In The Reforming

Adjusting to the changing times, rushing out the regional household-registration reform in China nowadays. Just standing on this background, the phenomenon of that reform, this thesis starts with analyzing the status quo of the various reforming practice, getting into the topic of this paper that is defining the function of our household-registration system nowadays.Firstly, from the phenomenon of registration administration, this paper analyses the status quo of the registration reform based on the analysis of its background, thus leading the correlation between the reforming and function-changing of the household-registration, that is the process of the function change.So secondly, this paper looks through the function-change history since PRC foundation from three detailed periods, forming, developing and reforming periods, and then looks back on the main function of our ancient household-registration system and uses the western for reference. The three aspects make up of the basis of the topic.And thirdly, this paper does comprehensive research on the factors which influence the system operation mainly form political civilization, social & economic institution and productivity so as to make certain the function restriction.Further fourthly, based on the former analysis, catching the reform of our household-registration, this paper finally defines our function during the reforming, mainly from the level of the highest, the realistic, its carrier and its law guarantee with the purpose of guiding the reform operation then strengthening the meaning of this paper.
