Home-Based Theft Research

Home-based theft is a new type of theft crime.Its legislative background is mainly based on serious social harm,the rising crime of burglary and often becomes the vacuum of criminal law punishment and criminalized by the Criminal Law Amendment.The article mainly defines the“entry”and “household”respectively,and distinguishes the landlord from theft in the rented house,theft of family members and relatives,theft of illegal cohabitants,and theft of the renter."Defined.At the same time,some special cases of "households" have been reasonably defined.The crime of house-based theft has been discussed in detail in terms of the definition of standards and the definition of the crime of house-based theft and the crime of illegal intrusion into the house,and the intentional transformation of house theft.It aims to pass the specific research of this topic,in order to have a comprehensive understanding of household theft,so as to provide assistance for the specific identification of household theft in judicial practice.
