Research On The Improvement Of Government Governance Ability From The Perspective Of Big Data

With the rapid development of emerging technologies,as a new governance resource,big data has brought significant changes to government governance.On the one hand,big data plays an active role in promoting scientific public decision-making,improving social regulatory capacity,promoting diversification of governance subjects and expanding the scope of public services;on the other hand,due to the one-sidedness of big data prediction and the decentralization of data owners,it may lead to misleading government decision-making.The formation of information islands,endangering public security and other issues.Promoting the establishment of big data strategy,integrating big data resources and promoting the rational use of big data should be an effective way to enhance government governance ability in the big data environment.Big data has broad prospects in promoting the modernization of national governance.In order to make big data better serve our national governance,we should upgrade big data to the national strategic level as soon as possible,unify the deployment of big data development planning;open public data,build government information carrier,promote the construction of smart cities;and strengthen policy guidance.And support,create a good big data industry ecological environment;improve the relevant laws and regulations,and build effective supervision of government power checks and balances.From the perspective of the rapid development and practical application of big data,this paper takes H City Municipal Government as a specific case to systematically analyze the current situation of government governance and how to effectively improve the ability of government governance under the background of big data.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature and summing up experience,this paper applies big data to H City Municipal Government.This paper conducts a longitudinal study on the current situation of government governance,summarizes its achievements and advantages,tries to find out the restrictive factors of big data in the improvement of government governance ability,improves the application of big data for the government,and puts forward pertinent suggestions and countermeasures.At the same time,it draws lessons from foreign excellent experience,such as the United States and the United Kingdom.Successful cases and experiences of the government in using big data,as well as valuable experience of other cities in Guizhou andShanghai in using big data,provide adequate suggestions for H City in the application of big data.This paper is divided into six chapters.It elaborates the research process of using big data to improve government governance ability from six levels.Firstly,it elaborates the background and significance of this study,combs the recent research results at home and abroad by using relevant research methods,and forms a complete research framework.Secondly,it clarifies the important concepts of big data and government governance,and the relationship between big data and the improvement of government governance ability,which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of government governance ability under the background of big data.Thirdly,through the analysis of actual cases,this paper systematically analyzed the current situation of H City using big data to improve government governance ability,pointed out the problems in the process of using big data to improve government governance ability,and combined with the problems generated,excavated the causes of the problems.Fourthly,through the analysis of the experience of foreign countries and domestic regions in promoting the improvement of government governance ability with big data,the enlightenment suitable for China to promote government governance with big data is drawn.The first Fifthly,combined with the problems mentioned above and the factors that restrict the development,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government's governance ability by using big data.Finally,this paper briefly describes the results of this study,pointing out the limitations of the paper,with a view to further research in the future research process.
