In recent years,the cross-border telecommunication fraud crimes committed by collaborators between mainland and Taiwan criminals have made the mainland as well as people deeply affected.Due to the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,the development of such cross-border telecommunication fraud crimes New trends such as organization,modularization,and diversification of criminal means have emerged.This has not only increased the difficulty of detecting crimes,but also caused huge losses to public and private property,disrupted the social environment,and was not conducive to cross-strait relations.development of.This paper starts from the perspective of the investigation and handling of public security organs,combines the author's practical experience in combating telecommunications fraud crimes for many years,and studies related theoretical articles.On the basis of in-depth study on the development status and criminal causes of the "Taiwan Group" telecommunications fraud crimes,The prevention and attack of crimes are two entry points.It is found that the high incidence of telecom fraud crimes in the "Taiwan Group" at this stage has both the lack of supervision of the competent authorities of the industry and the imperfection of the legal level.There are also differences in cross-strait law enforcement and judicial affairs Therefore,the two sides of the strait need to further summarize historical experience and lessons,clarify the main responsibilities of the regulatory authorities,improve relevant laws,eliminate contradictions,enhance mutual trust,and establish an effective mechanism to prevent and combat such telecommunications fraud crimes.
