A Stydy On The Countermeasures Of The Public Security Organization In The Basic Level To Combat And Prevent The Crime Of The Telecommunication Network Fraud Crime Of Network Telecom Fraud

The 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress clearly pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.While security has become the need of people for a better life,how to deal with and prevent telecom fraud becomes more and more important.Recently,the rise of telecom fraud has caused big loss of property and even life and posed huge threat to public security.As for public security organizations,they are confronted with challenges such as lack of advanced ideas,technology and abilities.Based on working experiences in public security sector,this paper tries to provide a full analysis of telecom fraud cases for the last three years in Yuncheng city and make suggestions for public security organizations to reduce telecom fraud.It has found pubic security organizations are facing many problems such as weak digital governance ability and information sharing system.To deal with those problems,this paper suggests six countermeasures:mind emancipation,further reform,adoption of advance technology,……The author analyzes the problem through the investigation and study.I find the reasons and the problems through empirical and empirical analysis.Reasons includ that understanding needs further improved,ability requires constant increased,digital governance ability also is weak,the policeman's ability need improved and Communicate information.On this basis,the following six countermeasures are further proposed:First,emancipate the mind;Second,deepen reform.Third,improve science and technology;Fourth,improve the quality of personnel.Fifth,lay a solid foundation;Sixth,to provide a safe environment.This paper argues that,In the author's opinion,the problem of "for whom" is solved by improving the station position and emancipating the mind;Through prevention and control,further reform is "honing the team before starting";It is a newweapon and "assassin's mace" in the hands of the public security department to innovate and re-exert power through wisdom public security;Train and prepare for war by forging a team and optimizing its quality;Through safe urban and rural areas,open again to improve quality to achieve "safe home";Through the fight against crime,work again to improve quality to solve the crime "tumor".Entering a new era,we must make new achievements.The public security departments must take the initiative to build an iron army of the people's police that is loyal to the party,serves the people,executes the law fairly and has strict discipline,so as to provide better public service products for the people.
