A Study On The Form Of Political Power Organization In The Period Of The Republic Of China

As an important part of the state form,the form of political power organization can not only promote the formation,consolidation and development of the state,but also lead to the decline of the state.Therefore,how to choose is crucial for a country.During the period of the Republic of China,social unrest,warlords' scuffle and people's unease.From the revolution of 1911 to the establishment of the Republic of China,from the beginning of the Republic of China to the Beiyang government,and then to the period of Kuomintang rule,the form of political power organization is constantly changing,and the constitutional activities are one after another,but they all end in failure.Although the constitutional documents of the Republic of China all established the Democratic Republic,and the organizational form of political power also experienced the presidential system,the responsibility cabinet system,the Hongxian imperial system,the warlord dictatorship,the five chamber system,etc.,the constitution is still the plaything of the few in power.In China in the 21 st century,the rule of law is to govern the country in accordance with the constitution.As the basic content of the constitution,the form of political power organization clearly stipulates the distribution of state power and the relevant functions and powers of state organs.We should fully realize its role in maintaining the rule,promoting economic construction and safeguarding democracy.In the period of the Republic of China,the change of the organizational form of the political power makes us realize that the change of the nature of the state will inevitably lead to the change of the organizational form of the political power.Choosing the appropriate organizational form of the political power is conducive to the consolidation and development of the state power,while the inappropriate organizational form of the political power will hinder the realization of the national purpose,even cause the collapse and replacement of the political power.The people's Congress is the current form of political power organization in China.It adapts to the requirements of China's national conditions and economic development,guarantees the fundamental interestsof the people,and gives full play to the advantages of the socialist system.Therefore,it is a mature and perfect form of political power organization.Focusing on historical materials and constitutional documents,this paper analyzes in-depth the organizational forms of political power in different social forms in Chinese history,the historical evolution rules of political power,and the inevitability of choosing western political power in modern times from the perspective of vertical development.It focuses on the change and replacement of the organizational forms of political power in the period of the Republic of China,the reasons and the ultimate failure.It comprehensively summarizes the changes in the organizational forms of political power in the period of the Republic of China in order to improve the current form of political power organization and build a socialist country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics.
