Institution in China is the unique nature of a form, on the national economy and people's livelihood will play a very important role, but also its form of organization with other countries is different. Institutional reform is the basic direction of the Corporaional Operation and privatization. This is the period of structural transformation of institutions trends. Our institutions and organizations change the success or failure will have a decisive role, which requires the institutions of our organizational change process to have in-depth study. Therefore, the institutional restructuring of institutions organizational change is of great realistic significance and academic value.This paper seeks to establish our system transition institutions and organizations during the process of transformation of a harmonious system model changes to the institutions and organizations with the processes of change theoretical guidance.First, the analysis in this paper from Western forms of social organization, a non-profit research organization of the western causes and characteristics, this unique research institutions in China so the theoretical groundwork.
