The Function Optimization Countermeasures Of The Veteran Cadres' Activity Center From The Perspective Of Active Aging

On December 16,2019,When meeting with advanced collectives and individuals of retired cadres,general secretary Xi Jin Ping pointed out that hope they cherish the glorious history,the eternal political nature,continue making positive contributions to realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.This has pointed out the direction for the majority of veteran cadres to achieve a higher level of active aging.The activity center of veteran cadres is an important position for retired cadres to carry out learning and education activities to realize active aging.It has already developed into the spiritual home and health paradise for retired cadres.It plays a positive role in promoting the healthy development of retired cadres' physical and mental health and makes outstanding contributions to the realization of active aging of veteran cadres.However,with the acceleration of the aging process of the population,it is difficult for the activity center of veteran cadres to meet the growing material and cultural needs of veteran cadres.Today,when the consciousness of equality has become the consensus and the concept of fairness and justice is deeply rooted in the hearts of people,the development of the activity center for veteran cadres is facing new challenges.From serving retired leading cadres to serving ordinary retired cadres,from the elderly cadres activity center to develop into the elderly activity center,from serving retired cadres to serving ordinary old people,the elderly cadres activity center reform,function optimization is the general trend.The function of the activity center for veteran cadres has been relatively fixed in the past 30 years.At present,it is difficult to optimize the functions of the activity centers for senior cadres at all levels in J province.In terms of objective conditions,there are widespread difficulties such as inadequate infrastructure,inadequate staffing and inadequate financial allocation.On the subjective cognition,the consciousness of retired veteran cadres and retired veteran cadres,retired veteran cadres and the elderly relations coordination are need to solve the problem,it is only through strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen internal management,plan as a whole to promote the transformation of retired cadres center development,and so on,in order to realize the core of the retired cadres center functions optimization goal,to get the the old cadres and the old people make a qualitative leap in the practice of active aging.
