Study On Building Path And Countermeasures Of Creating Future Community In Zhejiang Hipark Town

At present,Chinese society has entered a new era,and the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development has become the main social contradiction.As the smallest unit of social autonomy management,community not only bears people's yearning and pursuit for a happy life,but also bears the service function of the country to improve people's happiness and satisfaction.In order to build a new type of urban functional unit with sense of belonging,comfort and future,Zhejiang Province proposes the construction of "Future Community" with the connotation of Harmonious Co-governance,green intensive and wisdom sharing.The exploration and practice of future community,focusing on solving multiple problems in the current community construction,can provide a new model for community management and development in the new era.Characteristic towns have natural advantages in building future communities,and the agglomeration effect of future communities on talents and industries will also feed the high-quality development of towns.By means of questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper analyzes the different functional needs of different people in the Hipark Town.Meanwhile,combining with the realistic foundation and characteristic advantages of building the future community in Zhejiang Hipark Town,the target positioning of the future community in the Hipark Town is clarified,and the nine scenes of the future community are divided into three levels as "hard,soft and special" as the building path of Hipark Town future community.The "hard" scene of the Hipark Town future community includes the construction scene,traffic scene and low-carbon scene of the future community;The "soft" scene includes governance scene,service scene and neighborhood scene;The "special" scene of Hipark Town future community includes the health scene,education scene and entrepreneurship scene.The paper is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction;The second chapter is an overview of related concepts and theories;The third chapter is the analysis of the future community functional demand of Zhejiang Hipark Town;The fourth chapter is the target positioning of Zhejiang Hipark Town to build the future community;The fifth chapter is the scene system design for the future community of Zhejiang Hipark Town.Chapter six is the countermeasures and Suggestions for speeding up the future community construction of Zhejiang Hipark Town;Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect.In view of the future community,this paper proposes four countermeasures and suggestions on how to accelerate the future community construction of Zhejiang Hipark Town:Paying attention to top-level design and increasing policy support;innovating the community governance model and establishing a pluralistic self-government pattern;Making several models and establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism;Ensureing the balance of funds and improving the quality of value-added services.The exploration of Hipark town as a characteristic town in the future community plate will certainly provide valuable experience for the future community to fall and blossom.
