Research On Town Community Development

Community of town as a bridge that crosses from the urban and rural communities, small towns in the whole national economy and plays an important role in social life, and at present the study on small town community, especially the empirical research is not too much, therefore, this research undoubtedly has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.Through the empirical research, based on the thinking of the community of Tuquan county from Inner Mongolia, this article researches community resident and community worker there, and observes the fundamental mode of current community development, acquires the feel and opinions of community workers and residents on the development of community. Problems will be found by analyzing the current situation of the rural community leaded by the traditional government, including the graveness of administration, which is caused by the situation that the government have already been not able to adapt to the current community development in the society development process. This article thinks that only to converting the acquaintance and role between the government and the resident, rebuilding the macro, micro policy, gradually streamlining administration and instituting decentralization, encouraging the resident participating the development of community more than before, than the rural community can be truly developed.
