On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence In Civil Trial

Under the overall layout of the national informatization strategy,the courts of our country deeply integrate judicial artificial intelligence and civil trial,and actively promote the construction of "smart court".The application of artificial intelligence has the advantages of alleviating the pressure of "more cases and fewer people" and improving judicial fairness and justice.Therefore,the introduction of judicial artificial intelligence into civil trial has become an inevitable trend in the era of network digitalization.The application of artificial intelligence in civil trial is not always perfect,its own uncertainty and algorithm are not open,opaque and other characteristics,so we should be vigilant when introducing judicial artificial intelligence into civil trial,to prevent its impact on judicial value and humanistic spirit.These problems are contrary to the original intention of introducing artificial intelligence into civil trial,which will have a negative impact on judicial reform and the construction of the rule of law.In general,it is of great significance to apply judicial artificial intelligence to civil trials,and we should encourage and continue to promote its development in civil trials.However,there are risks and problems in the application of artificial intelligence in civil trials.We should study these problems to promote its application in civil trials.This article introduces the development of judicial artificial intelligence at home and abroad and its application in civil trials,analyzes the problems existing in the application of judicial artificial intelligence in civil trials,and then puts forward suggestions to solve the problems through specific analysis of these problems.
