The Arab region is located in the "two oceans, three continents, five seas",the soft abdomen of Asia and Europe, where has an important geographical location and rich oil resources. It has always been a place where great powers play.At the end of 2010,the "Arab Spring" began in Tunisia, and then spread rapidly throughout the whole Arab world. The Change Situation in the Middle East, which has lasted for ten years and exert a huge influence on the Middle East,is not only a sequel to the national revival movement in the Arab world after World War II,but also a partial manifestation of a series of adjustments and changes in the world order and international pattern after the end of the Cold War.Therefore,an in-depth study of the"Arab Spring" is not only conducive to grasping the current international situation, but also has practical significance for China's adjustment of its foreign policy in the Middle East and its relationship with world powers.Based on the positions of dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxism, this article is guided by a multidisciplinary research method, and uses the theoretical knowledge of international relations and journalism to comprehensively analyze the "Arab Spring" movement. The first part of the article introduces the background significance of the topic, the current status and methods of research at domestic and abroad, include the innovation of the article; The second part reveals the outbreak reason of the "Arab Spring" from historical, political, social, economic, and religious; The third part,on the one hand,The article summarizes the development process of the "Arab Spring" for ten years.on the other hand,it analyzes the negative impact of this change on the Middle East and the international order, such as continued turbulence and war in the region, serious humanitarian crisis, proliferation of terrorism and refugee crisis; The fourth part analyzes the underlying reasons for the failure of "Arab Spring".From the internal point of view, the deviation of the political direction of the movement has caused many reforms within the Arab country to break away from the local characteristics. The subsequent collapse of the regional order and the disputes between the interests of all parties have also caused the movement to lose popular support. From an external point of view, major powers led by the United States have used the current chaos in the Middle East to fight for "power" and gain"profit",Blindly encourage Arab countries to carry out political and democratic reforms to realize their own interests.Meanwhile, social media has also become an important tool and means for ideological output in Western countries; The fifth part analyzes the influence of "Arab Spring" on China and its countermeasures. The Change Situation in the Middle East poses challenges to China's energy security, overseas investment, and traditional Middle East policies. In the face of the pressure, the Chinese government should recognize the situation in the Middle East, adjust its strategy, and at the same time take warning to guard against the "peaceful evolution"of the West. The article believes that the influence of the "Arab Spring" will continue to increase in the future for a long period of time, authoritarian rule and Islamic politics may become mainstream, and internal order and security structures will reorganization, the chaos in the Middle East will continue.Although the "Arab Spring" movement brought some positive changes to the Arab world, its achievements were insignificant compared to the chaos it caused in the Middle East and the negative impact in the world.Countries in the Middle East should follow a path of rejuvenation that is consistent with their respective historical, cultural, and other characteristics. It will not be successful to copy Western-style democracy.
