The Change Of Saudi Foreign Policy In The Background Of "Arab Spring"

"Arab Spring" occurred at the end of 2010, it caused the continuing turmoil in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia in the upheavals in not affected, but its foreign policy has undergone a significant change. First of all, this paper expounds the successive Saudi foreign policy to find foreign pillar of Saudi foreign policy : Arab counriies, Islamic factor, samed alliance and its rich oil advantage. On the basis of these, according to Saudi Arabia’s attitudes and actions to different countries to analysis the impact of the "Arab Spring" to Saudi Arabia these pillars of foreign affairs, and then pointed out that lead to Saudi foreign policy: attitude, Saudi Arabia become tougher, more flexible; means, Saudi Arabia actively take the initiative to intervene in areas, trying to act as a solution of the problem areas, pay attention to the collective strength; emphasize use foreign money to help friends countries; seek exchanges and cooperation with other countries. Finally, this paper briefly comments on the diplomatic changes of Saudi Arabia in the context of the "spring of Arabia", and puts forward the Countermeasures of China to deal with the new changes in Saudi Arabia’s diplomacy.
