The Study On Urban Fine Management In Central Ordos

With the accelerated progress of urbanization in China today,there is a tendency to choose living in cities.As a result,the scale of major cities has also expanded dramatically with the increase of population,accompanied by the emergence of various types of urban diseases.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that "urban management should be as fine as embroidery",pointing the way of improving of urban management in China.This paper takes Ordos,a city in Inner Mongolia,as an sample.On the basis of the overview about the basic situation in Ordos urban development and construction,this paper analyzes the problems in the Ordos urban fined management from four aspects,including management aim setting,standard developing,executive ability and resource,to find out the reasons why the implementation of the refined management policy in the city is not effective.Finally,we submit some suggestions to improve Ordos urban management.And these advices are also useful for other similar small and medium-sized cities in China.
