The Analysis Of The Application Of Family Investigation Techniques In Divorce Dispute Cases

With the development and change of spiritual civilization and material life,people's marriage lifestyle and family structure have also changed,marriage and family problems have become prominent,the divorce rate has gradually increased,and the number of divorce dispute cases has remained high.Divorce disputes are both internal and complex,emotional and ethical.This not only brings trial pressure and social pressure,but also provides opportunities for flexible intervention for social work to participate in the field of trials and conduct family investigations.Since the reform of family trials and the advancement of pilot work,the Supreme People's Court has successively issued opinions to guide,and the role of social work has become increasingly prominent.Practices and explorations of social work participation in family investigations have also been carried out in various parts of China.Taking the people's court of district L where the author worked as an intern as a platform,this paper mainly adopts case study method,in-depth interview method and observation method,and interviews and observes the parties and relevant personnel of specific divorce dispute cases in the family investigation practice to apply and test the family investigation skills,and summarize and reflect on the practical experience.This paper selects three practical cases of family investigation of divorce dispute cases and discusses the necessity of applying family investigation skills in the practice of family investigation of divorce dispute by analyzing and dissecting the cases.Then,Afterwards,this article combines practical experience,and according to the context of the investigation process,the family investigation techniques are subdivided into pre-investigation preparation techniques,survey application techniques,post-survey report writing,and confidentiality principles and techniques to be followed,and combined with the cases,specifically discusses family investigation techniques and required precautions.Based on practical inspection,research and analysis,the author found that social workers can play a certain role in the use of a series of skills in participating in family investigations in divorce disputes,which are specifically manifested in the following three aspects:firstly,reflecting professional standards and ensuring investigation standards;secondly,channeling bad emotions and providing psychological support;thirdly,get factual information in a flexible way.However,at the same time,social workers also have some problems in the use of actual family investigation techniques,manifested as follows:firstly,the social workers lack authority and influence,and the skills are not effective;secondly,the use of supportive skills is low,and the investigation depth is inadequate;thirdly,the lack of skills to identify authenticity and affect the survey results.In view of this,I puts forward related measures to further improve the family investigation skills:firstly,improve and publicize the family investigator system to enhance the effectiveness;secondly,optimize the family investigator team to increase the depth;thirdly,optimize the family investigation process to enrich content.At present,the practice of family investigations on divorce dispute cases is still in the stage of active exploration,and the related family investigation skills are relatively lacking.I hope this study can provide reference and ideas for theoretical researchers and practitioners in the field to improve survey quality and efficiency,and highlight humane care.
