Research On The Unbalanced Relationship Between Workers And Service Objects In Private Service Institutions For Disabled Persons

China has a large number of disabled people,who are facing many difficulties in enjoying rehabilitation training,daily care,family education and other services.Families are under great pressure to provide care and rehabilitation for the disabled.Therefore,institutional services are essential for such people with disabilities.With the corresponding support from the China disabled persons'federation,civil affairs bureau,national development and reform commission and other departments,the non-governmental disabled persons' service institutions,as a new force,have emerged due to the operation.However,at present,the development of institutions is faced with many difficulties.Based on the personal understanding of private service institutions for disabled persons,literature research and preliminary data collection,the following research questions are proposed:(?)What are the problems in the relationship between the workers and the service objects in the privately-run service institutions for disabled persons?(?)What are the reasons for the problems in the relationship between the workers and the service objects?(?)How to improve the imbalance between the two to promote the development of private disabled service institutions?This paper use qualitative research methods and the social support theory,workers a comprehensive analysis in the private service institutions for disabled persons and the relationship between the service object of the imbalance of,aims to reveal the governments,institutions,social and workers influence factors of the unbalanced relationship,and try to make efforts to further improve the current unbalanced relationship from the four aspects of government,institutions,society and workers,thus provides the new thought for the private disabled service organization's benign operation.This article adopts the Length interview method of data collection,the person-in-charge,the worker,the disabled person with independent consciousness and the family members of the disabled person were interviewed,based on the interview result analysis,found that workers with service object relationship embodied in the following problems:contradiction between working relationship(hostility and dependence),"obedience" interaction,"professionalism" work ethic,and"Uneven"supply and demand.In view of these specific manifestations,the study analyzes them from the perspectives of government,institutions,society and workers.At the institutional level,mysterious professionalism,management defects of institutions based on their own interests,difficulties caused by excessive pursuit of economic interests,and "rules-based" working practices.At the government level:weak financial support,loopholes in industry norms and standards,and uncertain job prospects;Social dimension:social public and media discrimination against the disabled,pressure from informal support network;At the worker level:job burnout caused by excessive pressure,psychological stress,lack of professional knowledge and skills.This study points out that in order to improve the poor interaction between the workers and the service objects,the following efforts are needed,at the government level:strengthening institutional construction to avoid the tendency of professionalism,increasing financial support,strengthen industry norms and career planning;Institutional level:to promote the integration of social work values and institutional service concepts,change the unreasonable management methods,attaches great importance to the talent team construction,builds comfortable working environment for workers decompression,enhance the capacity of self-hematopoietic,broaden the channels of funding sources,the introduction of the parents committee mode,make full use of informal social resources;At the social level:change the mainstream values of the public and media,support from informal support networks;Workers themselves:to improve the ability of love,to accept service objects,to enhance psychological quality,to carry out reasonable emotional venting,to strengthen professional knowledge and skills,and to improve the level of service.
