Based On The Demand Of Private Pension Institutions In Baicheng Service Research

China has now entered into the aging society, the aging population problem is severe. In the face of the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend, more and more life care and professional nursing needs are about to come, and pension problem inevitably becomes a major issue of social family and individual needs. But compared with the increasingly diversified pension needs, there are still many problems, the pension industry is still lack of uniform and effective industry standards and regulatory system. And there is no system of multi-level old age service system in our country, can not meet the needs of different income of the elderly population of the different needs of pension service.The research object of this paper is the private pension institutions in Baicheng City, which is based on the pensions needs of the residents, based on the status quo of the service of the pension agency, the main problems existing in the service of the private pension institutions in Baicheng are analyzed. Put forward the Countermeasures for the related problems, in order to promote the service level of private pension institutions in Baicheng city to a high level. First, by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the literature research method is used, a preliminary understanding of the various problems encountered in the development of pension institutions, to define the needs of the pension of the residents, as a basis for the design of the questionnaire; Secondly, the use of empirical research methods to the needs of urban residents pension services, survey and analysis of the status quo and problems of the service of private pension institutions in Baicheng city, and then found that the Baicheng private pension agency service has the following main problems: service content is single, service quality is not high, service homogeneity is serious and service investment is insufficient. Finally, combined with the actual pension needs of residents in Baicheng and the local government support put forward: enrich the service function of private pension institutions, improve the quality of service of private pension institutions, improve the ability of private pension institutions to respond to demand, broaden the financing channels for private pension institutions and other countermeasures. In order to form an effective channel between demand and supply, the government should be under the leadership of the government, pension institutions to strengthen their own quality of service for pension needs, standardize the operation process. Residents try to accept and understand the various services and the actual living conditions of pension institutions, the parties work together to constantly enrich and improve the service functions of the pension agency, in order to promote the construction of a full range of multi-level pension service system.
