Research On Grid Service Management In Changyuan City From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Background Since the founding of new China,especially after the 18 th national congress,the national modernization construction of management system and management ability started in the whole country,new requirements and new arrangement on the social management innovation were brought out,so that improving the social governance system became a major task faced by the governments at all levels.However,grid service management with absolute advantage became an important development direction of social governance innovation.Changyuan city is a direct county(city)managed by Henan Provincal Government,and its administrative management system takes into account the dual properties of the provincial municipality and county.The implementation of grid service management in social governance started early,so it has a good foundation and is representative.Objective This paper studies the grid service management model of social governance in changyuan city,theoretically elevates the research level of the grid service management model of social governance,and enriches the relevant theories of social governance.It can analyze the focus issue from the practice,sum up the experiences of refining and further perfecting the mechanism,enhance the level of social governance and hope to provide some decision reference for government and provide some reference for research and practice of other areas,accelerate the modernization of the new era of social governance,explore the realistic path of building a service-oriented government,help to construct a new social governance pattern of multi--development,administration and sharing to achieve the China Governance Model.Methods Firstly,this project applies the literature research method.Through consulting relevant literatures,it has mastered the core concepts and basic theories,and sorted out the current situation of the grid service management mechanism of social governance at home and abroad.Secondly,field investigation and theoretical analysis are used to investigate the current situation of grid service management mechanism in Changyuan City,and relevant data and materials are collected comprehensively to analyze focus issues.Third,the case analysis method is used to analyze and summarize typical mature models such as Dongcheng District of Beijing and Chengdu of Sichuan Province.By referring to advanced theories and practical results,useful enlightenment is obtained and logical models are constructed by using system dynamics.Finally,using the multidisciplinary theory,the paper puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to improve the grid service management mechanism of social governance.Results We found 589 valid data from 600 samples,after scientific statistics and analysis,6problems are found in grid service management in city society governance of changyuan city,such as work ethic is not advanced,public participation is not positive,the function of the platform is not perfect,department coordination,work system and the personnel quality is not sound,and the vote results are 95.59%,91.51%,86.76%,80.81%,79.97% and79.29% respectively.Conclusion The innovation of Changyuan grid service management in city society governance mechanism achieved some results,accumulated some good experience and practices,such as "grid management" a three-level-government is implemented in the villages and towns(street)"building the city(county)unified management platform",etc.,but the work idea,public participation,platform function,department coordination,system construction,personnel quality,etc,some problems still exist and should be solved.Based on the analysis of the reasons,some suggestions and countermeasures for the optimization of the grid service management mechanism of social governance in changyuan city are put forward,that is,to promote the innovation of ideas,the diversified participation,a sound system,departmental cooperation,mechanism perfecting and the improvement of quality.
