Research On Grid Service Management In J Town, R City

In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China's economic level,great changes have taken place in the grass-roots society.The rural productivity has been greatly improved,the industrial structure has been more reasonable,the people's pursuit of material culture has been rapidly increased,and the rural landscape has changed dramatically.However,it should also be noted that the environmental deterioration,the large increase of the community population,and the increase of the rate of aging that were common in urban communities a series of problems,such as the contradiction between various interest groups and so on,appear in rural communities,which hinder the harmonious development of grass-roots society and put forward higher requirements for the ruling ability of grass-roots government.However,the traditional grass-roots social governance model is increasingly unable to meet the requirements of the masses.How to respond to the various requirements put forward by the masses quickly and accurately has become a problem that the grass-roots government needs to think about.Therefore,it is necessary for the grass-roots government to explore and establish a service management system suitable for the innovation of grass-roots social governance in the new era.Grid service management is a solution provided by the grass-roots government to the above problems.It is mainly based on the urban or rural community grid,establishes the grid service management platform,innovates the service management mode,realizes data exchange by means of information technology,and improves the work efficiency and service quality of the urban or rural community service people.Through the comparative study of Beijing Dongcheng model,Shanghai Changning model and Zhejiang Zhoushan model,this paper summarizes and extracts the characteristics and commonalities of these three typical models,and further explores the essential characteristics of grid management from the perspective of practice.On the basis of comprehensive theoretical research and practical research,this paper makes an objective and comprehensive evaluation of grid service management in J town,R city.Firstly,the innovation of grid service management in J town of R city is summarized in terms of organizational structure,job responsibilities,working process and operation mechanism.Secondly,from three aspects of grid management,grid matters and grid staff,this paper analyzes the grid service management of J townin R city and uses survey data to prove it.Finally,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of grid service management.In view of the problems existing in the management of grid service in town J of R city,this paper proposes optimization and improvement from three aspects: optimizing the grid,clarifying responsibilities,establishing a perfect evaluation system,transforming management ideas,and expanding the team of grid staff.Grid service management is an important innovation of social management at the grass-roots level,the national governance systems into practice played an important role at the grassroots level,the administrative operation of grid service management under the impact of the growing social affairs,administrative have to make concessions,under a compromise,eventually reached cooperation governance,realize the perfection of grassroots social governance.
