A Study On The Construction Of The Discourse Power Of Network Ideology In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the Internet has become the main battlefield at the forefront of ideological work in China.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the discourse power of Chinese network ideology.Out of concern for reality,this paper combs the domestic and foreign research related to the discourse power of network ideology,and then builds up the general research thinking and innovation points of the research,which studies the construction of the discourse power of network ideology in the new era.At first,this paper introduces the basic situation of the discourse power of network ideology,and defines the basic concept of the discourse power of network ideology from three levels of technology,capital and politics,and clarifies that "permeability,guidance,interactivity and technology" are the characteristics of the discourse power of network ideology,and deeply analyzes the construction elements and process of the discourse power of network ideology.and then this paper provides the basic basis for the discourse power of network ideology in the new era from the realistic and theoretical aspects.At present,the construction of the discourse power of Chinese network ideology faces many opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,our country carries on the network ideology discourse power construction concrete practice from these aspect,such as the carrier construction,the content construction,the mechanism construction,which creates the favorable conditions for consolidating mainstream ideology dominant position in the field of the network;on the other hand,there are still many challenges to the construction of discourse power of Chinese network ideology in the the new era.Firstly,the quality of discourse subject is uneven,that some discourse subject is irrational and the construction ability of official discourse subject should be improved.Secondly,the content of the discourse power of network ideology has a short board,such as the weakening of Marxism and discourse authority,the decline of discourse credibility and the destruction of discourse order.Thirdly,the network discourse communication mode of circle,capitalization and decentralization dispels the influence of the mainstream ideology.Fourthly,the western developed countries bring international challenges to the construction of the discourse power of our network ideology,who use the advantage of information technology to suppress,and launch the network public opinion offensive,and change the youth discourse tendency.In the face of these new challenges,this paper draws wisdom from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on China’s ideological discourse power work,and discusses the path of China’s network ideological discourse power construction in the new era from five aspects: adhering to the Party’s leadership over network ideological work,cultivating the subject of discourse power construction,strengthening the discourse content construction,innovating discourse power construction mode and improving the international discourse power of cyberspace.
