A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Xi'an Citizens' Willingness To Participate In Government Wechat

In recent years,with the rapid growth of new media such as government microblog and government wechat,the government departments of our country.have also successively launched government wechat.The birth of such a platform,government wechat,not only improves the government's ability to provide government services,makes citizens more convenient and effective use of government services,but also allows citizens to only move their fingers to obtain relevant government information.Now,through the government wechat platform,the government information disclosure,government and citizens exchange and communication are more efficient.Xi'an is an important central city in Western China.By 2013,government departments at all levels in Xi'an gradually realized the importance and necessity of WeChat platform.The official WeChat official account of Xi'an was also registered in recent years.Among them,"Xi'an issue","Xi'an traffic police subscription number","Xi'an youth gathering","Xi'an metro operation number" and so on.Xi'an municipal government uses the combination of government affairs and wechat to provide more intimate and convenient services for citizens.But official account official account of WeChat public number in Xi'an is obviously lower than that of WeChat official account in various sectors such as sentiment and entertainment.Moreover,its attention is at a lower level in the similar public numbers of China.As a mobile social media,wechat has a large number of users in China.How to make good use of the new wechat platform for government affairs,provide better government services for citizens.First of all,this paper takes Xi'an city as the research object,leads to the problem that citizens' willingness to participate in government wechat is not high through data analysis,and summarizes the research on government wechat and citizens' willingness to participate in government wechat at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the views of relevant scholars,this paper defines the core concepts of government wechat and citizen participation,This paper summarizes the academic theory on which this paper is based;thirdly,it analyzes the interview materials collected by nvivo8.0 software and obtains the open coding,spindle coding and selective coding based on the grounded theory,and then constructs the theoretical analysis framework of the influencing factors of citizens willingness to participate in Xi'an government wechat.Then,the quantitative analysis is carried out according to the influencing factors analysis framework.In this paper,the empirical test method of the analysis framework is questionnaire survey,which transforms all kinds of influencing factors of citizens'willingness to participate in Xi'an government wechat into descriptive questions in the questionnaire.All the questionnaires collected are analyzed by spss22.0,mainly involving the following.Finally,according to the previous research results,it is found that the participation motivation factors,external environment factors,information content factors and individual characteristics factors have a significant impact on citizens' willingness to participate in Xi'an government wechat.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward of Xi'an government wechat from a macro perspective.For the research findings:to improve citizen participation and enthusiasm and initiative;attach importance to the external environment and create a good atmosphere;take content construction as the core to ensure the authenticity and usefulness of information;improve citizens' participation ability and attach importance to the cohesion of government wechat.
