Study Of The Interaction Mechanism Of The Development Of Science And Technology And Intellectual Property System Changes

The interacting mechanism between the development of science and technology and the institution change of intellectual property means the interaction way and process of the two. the development of science and technology and the institution of intellectual property are closely related and the history of institution change of intellectual property is also the history of the development of science and technology. This article has three parts. The first is the general theories of the development of science and technology and the institution change of intellectual property, mainly including the concepts and related theories of the development of science and technology, institution of intellectual property, institution change and so on. The second part is the mechanism of the effect of the development of science and technology upon institution change of intellectual property, mainly studies how the dynamical mechanism of the development of science and technology promotes the growing progress of the institution of intellectual property and historical investigation is carried out. The third part is the mechanism of the effect of institution change of intellectual property upon the development of science and technology, mainly studies how the institution of intellectual property and its development stimulate the stimulation mechanism, collocation mechanism, adjustment mechanism, regulation mechanism and guidance mechanism for the development of science and technology and historical investigation is also carried out.Through the study above, a conclusion is made: on the one hand, the development of science and technology brings into being the growth of the institution of intellectual property from birth, development to mature; on the other hand, the institution change of intellectual property is a powerful promotion to the development of science and technology.
