Social Organization Research On The Measures To Undertake Government Service Promotion In Longkou City,Shandong Province

Since entering the new century,the living conditions and material level of the broad masses of the people have improved year by year,and the public’s demand for social public welfare and public services has become more and more intense.In the critical period when the whole society enters the transformation,the increasing public demand,the diversified development of the demand structure,and the increasingly complicated social public issues,our governments at all levels have accelerated the transformation of government functions,actively explored the introduction of market mechanism in the public sector,and made some positive attempts and efforts in guiding social organizations to undertake some government functions and provide public services to the public.Due to the obvious public welfare,voluntary,non-profit and non-governmental nature of social organizations,they have low cost,high efficiency and are gradually accepted by the public in undertaking public services.On the basis of reading a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of domestic and foreign social organizations in undertaking government services,studies their development laws,and selects Longkou City in Shandong Province as the target to carry out relevant research.Taking Longkou City’s social organizations in Shandong Province as the target to carry out research,this paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and applied research,and applies relevant theories of public management and sociology.This paper analyzes the development of social organizations undertaking government services in Longkou City,Shandong Province in recent years,and discusses the achievements and experiences of social organizations undertaking government services in Longkou City,Shandong Province.With the gradual establishment of social organizations in Longkou City,Shandong Province,some achievements have been made in undertaking government services,but many problems have emerged in the process of development.Selected Longkou city in Shandong province to carry out the key research,and combined with the experience of other advanced regions and cities in our country,using advanced theories at home and abroad to carry out in-depth analysis of the current situation of social organizations in Longkou city in Shandong province to undertake government services and the problems and deficiencies in the construction process,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for social organizations in Longkou city in Shandong province to undertake government services development.This paper discusses the significance of social organizations in Longkou City,Shandong Province to undertake government services,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of social organizations in Longkou City,Shandong Province to undertake government services,traces back to the root causes of the problems,puts forward relevant countermeasures,finds out solutions to the problems,and puts forward improving opinions and suggestions on social organizations in Longkou City,Shandong Province to undertake government services.
