Research On The Development And Management Of Social Organizations In Laizhou, Shandong Province

With the vigorous development of social organizations,its role in the economic and social development has become increasingly prominent,especially in the field of social governance.More and more attention has been paid to the role its played by government and all walks of life.19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that “we should play the role of social organization,realize government governance,social adjustment,and effective interaction of residents' autonomy.” However,due to the imbalance in the development of social organizations in China,the government has shortcomings in the management and the self construction of social organization,which has also become the focus of government attention and academic research.We should have a deep-going research about the development and management of social organizations,find out the problems and shortcomings,propose the countermeasures and methods,which has very important theoretical value and practice guiding significance.This paper makes an empirical research on the present situation of the development and management of social organizations of Laizhou,Shandong Province.It briefly introduces several excellent social organizations and summarizes the experience practice of the management and the development of social organizations of Laizhou.It also expounds that the problem existing in social organizations of Laizhou and analyzes the cause of the problem.Bases on the successful practices in the advanced areas,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development and management of social organizations.The author hopes that this study can promote the level of social organization management and social organization development in Laizhou.It is more hoped that it will be able to provide a reference to other cities about the management and the development of social organizations at the level of the county level,and improve the level of development and management of the social organizations in the county and city level.
