Study On The Prevention Mechanism Of Group Events In H City

Enhancing the sense of hardship and thinking about danger in peace and security is an important principle that our Party has always adhered to in governing the country and government.It is also a distinct feature of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Globally,today's world is facing tremendous changes.There are more external instability factors,especially the fiercer competition among the major powers.From the domestic point of view,China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities,the development of various regions is at an important juncture of transformation,upgrading and high-quality development,the downward pressure of the economy continues to increase,the risk of social contradictions continues to accumulate,and the task of reform,development and stability is arduous and arduous.These factors may trigger mass incidents.Governments at all levels of the state,provinces,cities and counties(districts)have always attached great importance to the prevention of mass incidents.The "Weng'an Incident","Shishou Incident"and "Menglian Incident" that have taken place in China over the past few years have exposed the weak situation of mass work in some areas of our country.The main reason for these incidents is that the mass work of local Party committees and governments is not in place,which makes the channels of public opinion expression not smooth and the interests of the masses suffer.Damage to the credibility of the Party Committee and the government.At present,some areas in our country are still passively attaching importance to the on-site emergency treatment of mass incidents,while ignoring the early prevention of mass incidents.This phenomenon is fundamentally inverted.Studying the mechanism of preventing mass incidents,the characteristics of mass incidents and the causes of mass incidents will help us to find out all kinds of hidden dangers in the process of economic and social reform in time.Through the investigation of H city,the author tries to analyze the current situation of prevention of mass incidents in H city from the perspective of a municipal government,deeply analyze the problems and reasons of prevention of mass incidents in H city,and finally put forward suggestions for further work.In order to further study how to prevent mass incidents,this paper mainly focuses on five parts:the first part is the introduction,elaborating the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summaries,research ideas and research methods of the paper.The second part is the related overview and theoretical basis of mass incidents.The third part is to analyze the current situation of prevention of mass incidents in H city,as well as the measures taken,results,problems and reasons.The fourth part is through the analysis of the relevant experience of the domestic network,put forward the place that can be used for reference.The fifth part puts forward effective measures to strengthen the mechanism construction of preventing mass incidents.
