Study On Corruption Problems In Land Acquisition And Demolition In S City

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the urban construction is changing with each passing day,and the sense of well-being and gains of the people's lives are constantly improving.But at the same time,it is often accompanied by the"pain" of land acquisition and demolition.Scarce land resources,high land prices,and huge project construction funds have become the "the flesh of a Tang Dynasty monk"and "the fish on the anvil" in the eyes of corrupt officials.Corruption cases in the field of land acquisition and demolition frequently occur,which stain the city construction.This not only damages the tangible interests of the masses,but also corrodes the collective economy and undermines the credibility of the party and the government.This paper starts with letter and visit,which reflect the corruption of land acquisition and house demolition,accepted by the discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels in S City since the eighteenth National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,conducts big data analysis on the violations of disciplines and rulings of party members and cadres reflected by the masses,enhances the effectiveness and reliability of the analysis by combining with specific examples that have been investigated in recent years.In the end,the characteristics of the corruption problem of land acquisition and house demolition in S City are mainly classified into four categories:diverse corruption ways,frequent cases,concealed crimes,and "small officials with big greed".Considering the situation of letter and visit,the masses have strong reaction to the problem of corruption in land acquisition and house demolition.However,there are many corruption risk points in the land acquisition and house demolition work in the early,middle and late stages due to some objective reasons such as unstable policy implementation,unscientific process management,inadequate supervision mechanism,and delayed investigation of cases,as well as some subjective reasons such as morbid psychological distortions,uneven personnel quality,and the temptation of great interests.Finally,from the perspective of preventing the corruption of land acquisition and demolition in S City,this paper puts forward six suggestions which include improve the working mechanism,standardize process management,strengthen supervision and inspection,do a good job in the "second half article" of land acquisition and demolition,persist in the discipline and anti-corruption and accelerate the construction of a high-quality work team.
