A Research On The Occupational Safety And Health Of Heze Traffic Police

Occupational safety and health refers to the reasonable measures that organizations and individuals take with respect to legal norms,safety facilities,education and training so as to avoid the causal risks in work and reduce or eliminate occupational damage,with the purpose of preventing safety accidents and ensuring physical and mental health.As China is currently in the transition period of social development and the process of urbanization is speeding up,the pressure of traffic governance is greatly increasing and the problems of high intensity,high pressure and high risk have become the survival troubles of modern traffic police.Based on the current research on occupational safety and health of traffic police,this thesis explores the influencing factors and puts forward targeted suggestions and advice,and aim to provide insights for the regularization,specialization and professionalization of traffic police.This thesis conducts empirical analysis on the occupational safety and health of traffic police in Heze as a case study.After the literature review of the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the protection of law enforcement rights and interests,modern policing protection,physical and mental health development and risk prevention and control,the author adopts the modern accident-cause and effect theory as the research direction and theoretical basis,a as it can systematically and comprehensively analyze the influencing factors and internal mechanism of safety accidents and is applicable to the occupational safety and health of traffic police.In the aspect of empirical analysis,through the analysis and summary of the content of the interview,the author takes a preliminary overview.On the basis of referring to mature scale,the traffic police occupational safety and health influencing factor scale and traffic police occupational safety and health perception scale were developed.Perception is the reflection of subjective and objective affairs in people's brain,which can more truly reflect the current situation of occupational safety and health of Heze traffic police,and more complex statistical analysis is used.The causes of the problems are analyzed based on the relevant statistics,Then,based on the conclusion of interview and practical work experience,the author suggests that Heze traffic police should improve occupational safety and health from the following five aspects:firstly,strengthen the protection of law enforcement rights and interests and establish the authority of traffic police;secondly,improve the level of equipment management and enhance police support;thirdly,improve the promotion assessment system,reasonable deployment of police force;fourthly,pay attention to career management of traffic police and expand the development path;fifthly,increase the Psychological Capital Appreciation of traffic police to prevent job burnout.
