Research On Female Students' Moral Behavior Norms In Higher Vocational Colleges

As the door of China's reform and opening up gets wider and wider,more and more foreign cultures enter our people's lives and combine with our culture,forming a diversified cultural pattern in our country.The pluralistic culture has influenced the traditional moral and value concepts in China.In particular,some negative culture has a negative impact on the youth of our country,there are some moral non-standard behavior.As a main place for students to receive moral behavior education,college campus plays an important role in students' moral quality and moral behavior cultivation.As a major group in college campus and society,women's moral behaviors in society can show their own moral qualities.At present,the moral status of female students in school is good as a whole,but there are still some problems in the micro.Female students themselves are both "students" and "women" two special groups,the final effect of moral education affects the moral behavior of female students in higher vocational colleges,more related to the future trend of national moral development,so it is necessary to study the current situation of female students' moral behavior in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the moral behavior of female students in vocational colleges through literature analysis,questionnaire and interview.In order to ensure the effectiveness of this study,a general vocational college was selected as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey and interview survey on its female students,teachers and administrators.The survey results show that female college students have different levels of moral behavior.Female college students have a very firm belief in the moral behavior of their belief in the motherland,but they lack confidence in their own ideal and planning,and there are even female college students without life planning.Social moral behavior lack of the most basic person of integrity and other moral;In the aspect of network moral behavior,we can't make good use of the tool of network to make some moral violations in the virtual world.The future cannot be well planned in the moral behavior of love,and the love motive is simple but not long-term planning.The reasons for these moral behavior problems can be analyzed from four aspects: self,school,family and society.Due to its low level of moral,loss of family moral education,the school has no sex moral education and the lack of social practice platform causes vocational college female students' moral behavior is not standard problems in school,in research to solve these problems the author from the moral cultivation,improve female college students in higher vocational college attaches great importance to family education,specialized courses in female college students' moral education,encouraging female college students employment practice platform four aspects: moral conduct strategy is put forward.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that vocational colleges can pay attention to the moral education of female students,so as to better correct the moral behavior of female students in school and improve their moral level.
