Study On Prevention Of The Students' Illegality Or Crime In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Construction Of Harmonious Campus

Since the idea of constructing a socialist harmonious society was proposed in Party's 16 sessions of four CCP plenary conferences, harmonious society, harmonious community and harmonious campus are already a hot topic of discussion in China. Public security management should be an important safeguard for a harmonious society, as well as prevention of illeagality or crime of students for a harmonious campus. However, in recent time the amount and formation rate of illeagality or crime of students of higher vocational colleges is in sharp growth, and has aroused the social from all walks of life close interest. To prevent the illeagality or crime of students of higher vocational college will be not only related with the survival and development of higher vocational colleges, but also be very important for the future of these students and for the construction of a socialist harmonious society.In view of the present situation of illeagality or crime of students of higher vocational colleges,and from the characteristics of students of higher vocational colleges, the thesis elaborates: main reason of illeagality or crime of students of higher vocational colleges, necessity of prevention of illeagality or crime of students of higher vocational colleges, main measure to prevent illegal crime of students of higher vocational colleges ~md the flaw in this aspect. from an angle of view of responsibility of higher vocational college, it proposed to construct a preventing system for higher vocational colleges. It means that the higher vocational colleges should strive for more investment, obtain support and approval from society, set up a close relation with student's family, the colleges should unceasingly reform by themselves and strengthen the management and the teacher troop construction, to promote the student quality enhancement, strengthen the education of law and psychological counsel, give students a positive guidance through rich campus culture li and vacation social practices and so on.
