The Study Of Citizen Participation Of Civilized City Construction In Shihezi

As an important huimin project,civilization city is an important direction for China's future city development.Civilization city is an important research topic in our urban governance,and has been a hotspot for public management scholars.At present,the research on civilized city mainly focuses on the evaluation system,government function and theoretical concept of civilized city.Less involvement of citizens in research.However,as the main participants and the ultimate beneficiaries of civilized cities,citizens are less concerned by academic circles.However,the study on civic participation status,citizen's intention and citizen participation in the process of civilized city creation is less involved.This paper focuses on the creation of shihezi civilized city,analyzes the status of civic participation,the willingness of citizens to participate,and the influencing factors of citizens' willingness to participate,in order to answer some of the above questions.On the basis of consulting relevant literatures about civilized cities and the public,this study makes a framework for the public participation in civilized cities,and determines the research objects and contents of the thesis.Using the questionnaire survey to shihezi city xiangyang street,hongshan streets,the citizens of new city streets to investigate,research groups involved in community worker,teacher,spiritual civilization office workers,teachers,students,retired worker,etc.,research content including citizens basic characteristics,people's cognition in the civilized city,the status of the citizens to participate in the civilized city,community characteristics,and the representatives of selection for different professional group interviews.From the aspect of citizens understand the meaning of public participation for the urban construction of the civilization,and how to use the theory of marxist concept and participatory governance,make a systematic analysis of creation for citizens to participate in the civilized city.The paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas and research contents.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of civilized city,and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research.The third chapter mainly introduces the hongshan streets,xiangyang street,basic situation of the new city streets,and by using descriptive statistics analysis methods show people's cognition,citizen participation in the civilized city civilized city create conditions,citizen participation in the will of the civilized city.The fourth chapter to the residents themselves,the community characteristics andfeatures of civilized city descriptive statistical analysis,by using the method of quantitative research to citizens,community characteristics and civilized city itself as independent variables,to civic participation intention as the dependent variable,the binary Logistic regression model is established for citizens to participate in the civilized city create influence factors were analyzed,and the model of running result shows the degree of citizen culture,people live in shihezi city fixed number of year,the degree of people's identity in the civilized city,people's satisfaction in the existing and the city for citizen participation will have a significant impact.The fifth chapter concludes that the first is that the information of civilized city is not in place,and the policy propaganda is not enough.Secondly,citizens' satisfaction with civilized city projects is higher.Thirdly,citizens' willingness to participate in the creation of civilized cities is strong.Fourth,it is not ideal to solicit opinions and adopt opinions in various stages of civilized cities.And put forward countermeasures and Suggestions: firstly,citizens should strive to improve their participation awareness and participation ability;Secondly,study active and orderly participation method;Thirdly,the participants should be representative and should continuously improve their participation ability.Second,social aspects: firstly,to build a good atmosphere of civic participation;Secondly,to play a good guiding role in the process of civic participation in political life;Thirdly,take an active part in public affairs and set an example for citizens.Government level: firstly,the public expansion and transparency of government affairs is the core of guiding civic participation;Secondly,building more channels participation;Fourth,enhancing the interaction between government and citizen participation is the guarantee of the good operation of citizens' participation system.In conclusion,this paper discusses the shihezi city civilized city to create the influence factors of citizens to participate in the research,and from the perspective of marxist concept and participatory governance theory,it is concluded that to improve create countermeasures of citizen participation in the civilized city,for the promotion of shihezi to create civilized city is of great significance.
