Research On The Citizen's Civilization Quality Under The View Of Civilized City

Civilized city is a public civilization benchmark of a city,which embodies the comprehensive civilization of a city.From the perspective of civilized city,the study of the problems existing in the construction of our country's civilized civilization is helpful to promote the development of civilized cities and improve the level of spiritual civilization.Therefore,this paper starts with the development process of civilized cities,and combs the development course and development model of the city,namely,the urban construction of ancient Greece,the urbanization of the industrial revolution,the garden city,and the ecological city.In the midst of the diversified urban construction mode,we find that the diversified development trend of the city and the "people-oriented" concept of urban development have become the core of contemporary urban construction.In fact,the civilized quality of the city and the construction of civilized cities are in a complementary relationship.The construction of civilized city promotes the improvement of citizen's civilization quality,and the quality of civilized civilization provide inexhaustible motivation and intellectual support for the construction of civilized city.How to play the role of the construction of civilized cities and the civilized city construction,it requires a careful analysis of the core connotation of the civilized qualities of citizens,and the division of dimensions of the legal civilization,the compulsory civilization and the moral civilization.It contains three different views of citizen's civilization quality,namely,the foundation of mandatory system,the compulsory system that established in public domain order and the self-control that based on personal virtue.The difference between the dual urban-rural structure is obvious,the lack of legal foundation of civilization construction makes the construction of legal civilization still need to be improved.The present construction of compulsory civilization still has a long way to go,for lack of the cultivation of community organizations,the lack of self-governing organizations,the unsound of the industry evaluation system,the weakness of propaganda and management at the grass-roots level,and the negative influence of social customs.What's more,the moral crises of citizens and the lack of self-education and external education mechanisms also make citizens' moral and civilized qualities urgently need further improvement.In the face of these issues existing in the building of civilized civilization,we must make our efforts to solve it.Therefore,this paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures in the analysis of different dimensions of citizen civilization quality.The first one is to consolidate the foundation of "legality"civilization.Through the establishment of the system,the perfection of the system,the perfection of the mechanism and the implementation of the supervision,So that every citizen can have a law,and by following rules and regulations,the citizens' expression mechanism will be more normalized.Secondly,the stone of the compulsory civilization will be nurtured so that each citizen can consciously maintain the collective order and participate in the community life,workplace life,and social activities.And to enhance the character of the collective civilization.Finally,to promote the foundation of the "moral" civilization,we should build a personal moral evaluation system through the improvement of internal education and external education mechanisms,so that each citizen can participate,practice and maintain the noble value pursuit consciously.
