| Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood and the basic premise to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood.Stable and full employment is related to social harmony and stability,and to the sustainable development of the country.As a very difficult and special group,employment is the basis for the disabled to improve their living conditions,improve their social status and participate in social life.It is the key to realize their value of life,and it is also an important symbol of social civilization and progress.In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s socialist cause,the employment of the disabled has developed rapidly,the employment rate of the disabled has steadily increased,and the number of rural practical technology and vocational skills training for the disabled has been increasing.However,looking at the overall employment position,salary,social insurance,stability,social status and other factors of the disabled,the employment situation of the disabled is far from that of the healthy people.Take Liaocheng as an example.By the end of 2018,there were 102,829 disabled persons with disability certificates in Liaocheng,59,626 disabled persons aged 16-59(female disabled persons aged 16-54).Among them,25,155 were employed,the employment rate was 42.19%.More than half of the disabled persons were still unemployed.The employment problem of the disabled can not be solved,which will directly affect the income level and social status of the disabled,and affect the process of the disabled and the healthy people running towards a well-off society.The unemployment of the disabled will not only increase the burden of their families,but also cause social problems such as suicide and crime,which have become unfavorable factors affecting social harmony and stability.Based on the above background,this paper takes the disabled people in Liaocheng as the object,and studies the employment of disabled people.The main work of the study is: on the basis of literature review,through statistical analysis of employment and training status of disabled people in Liaocheng City,to provide correct theoretical support for the establishment and improvement of employment security system for disabled people in China;based on the actual work of disabled people,through the study of employment training cases of disabled people in Liaocheng City.By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,we can find the loopholes in the employment system of the disabled,trace back to the source,explore the causes of the employment problem of the disabled,remedy the loopholes in the system,help the disabled achieve the development goals of equality,participation and sharing,and promote social harmony and stability. |
