| Deaf employment for the disabled in our country enterprise originated from the planned economy period,developing in the socialist market Economy.The employment of deaf-mute disabled people has also ushered in new challenges and opportunities.This paper adopts literature analysis method,field investigation method,interview research method and other researching methods,and takes social exclusion theory,social support theory as the basis.The present situation and problems of the employment of deaf-mute disabled people in China were studied.The main viewpoint of this paper is that the main difficulties is faced by deaf-mute is needed to accept more and more difficulties,including,the overall employment rate,limited ways of job hunting,low level of employment,serious social discrimination,and the employment pressure brought by sudden public health events(COVD-19).After combing to the advanced experiences of relevant countries,put forward for improving the current our country deaf-mute disabled employment policy recommendations:First,perfecting laws and regulations construction security deaf employment for disabled persons,including to formulate conforms to the actual situation around the deaf-mute disabled employment policies and regulations,strengthen anti-discrimination legislation and publicity;Second,expand employment channels for deaf-mute disabled people,including increasing the proportion of civil servants,supporting self-employed entrepreneurs,establishing online recruitment platforms.Third,improving vocational skills training and rehabiitation services for deaf-mute people;Fourth,,special education will be developed,,in particular,to increase the proportion of deaf-,mute disabled people enrilled in classes,.special higher education institutions should be "down to earth" curriculum;Fifth,promote the innovation of psychological counseling and auxiliary communication media for the deaf and dumb disabled people,including regular arrangement of psychological counseling for the deaf and dumb disabled people and innovation of auxiliary communication media;Sixth,we will promote the resumption of work and production in small,medium and micro enterprises where the deaf-mute disabled are employed.We will establish and implement dynamic monitoring of the employment of the deaf-mute disabled during the epidemic,and provide a stable employment environment for the deaf-mute disabled during the epidemic.The author hopes that of this paper will be good for the employment of deaf-mute disabled people. |
