Since the eighteenth congress,the country's increasing capital input to the "three rural",introduced all kinds of favorable policies for supporting agriculture,greatly promoted the social and economic development in the countryside,but the resulting village officials corruption,bribery and embezzlement crime more and more,multiple,frequent,and the amount is bigger and bigger,harmful to the society more and more serious,serious threat to social harmony and stability in the countryside,seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of the people,destroy the rural economic development,to "three rural" work of the national major policy decisions,hinder the effective implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating rural.This article through to ji county from 2010 to 2017 the people's procuratorate investigation of the village cadres comprehensive agricultural duty crime case study analysis,around the village cadres agricultural duty crime analysis,summarized relevant duty crime problems in the village cadres in the field of agriculture,there are mainly imperfect laws and regulations,insufficient recognition of justice,combat fatigue and prevention mechanism is not sound reasons.Finally,from the aspects of perfecting the legal system,strengthening the judicial system,perfecting the prevention mechanism and so on,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the problems of the village cadres' agriculture-related crimes.At the theoretical level,this study will provide some materials for enriching the theories related to punishment and governance of agriculture-related crimes.At the practical level,it is expected to provide practical countermeasures for the study of the village cadres' crimes related to agriculture.
