Prison as a closed environment,few people are concerned,especially in underdeveloped areas of the prison,it is less people to investigate.According to the classification of the prison,according to the level of alert can be divided into heavy alert prison,moderate guarding the prison,mildly guarding the prison;according to gender and age,can be divided into men's prison,women's prison and juvenile detention center.In different types of prisons,according to demographic characteristics of job satisfaction survey,the results will be different.According to the difference of results,comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the work pressure of the prison police,the timely development of positive and effective measures to ease,prevent and guide,which for the underdeveloped areas of prison police team construction and the implementation of prison functions is of great significance.Based on the study of W prison in our province,this paper analyzes the organization structure of W prison in our province and the composition of the police team on the basis of summarizing the research methods and research results of the predecessors,and puts forward that the W prison police The corresponding assumptions of job satisfaction.The data were collected by questionnaire survey,SPSS software was used to analyze the difference between the items of the survey data,the KMO measure and the Bartlett spherical test were made to the feasibility of the sample data.In the data analysis,the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the data The cumulative variance contribution rate of the relevant factors to verify whether the questionnaire has good structural validity,using Cronbach's alpha coefficient to test the reliability of the job satisfaction questionnaire.Combined with the results of the interview as a reference,to verify the W prison police job satisfaction assumptions.Finally,from the questionnaire survey of the leadership behavior,group cooperation,work motivation,organizational support,emotional commitment,the work itself,six dimensions to improve the prison police job satisfaction recommendations.
