Objective:There is some relationship between detention police's job satisfaction and job performance good or bad.This research of the factors of detention police's job satisfaction can find the fact what affect the level of detention police's job satisfaction. This research can give some advice to the Government to enhance the level of the work about the detention police's initiative and job satisfaction,so we can improve the working conditions of detention police.Methods:Selected 214 police of Zhengzhou city for this survey,this research used a mature questionnaire《Overall job satisfaction questionnaire》made by Bray Field and Rosser, Besides I use a Questionnaire prepared by myself with high reliability and validity about the job satisfaction questionnaire factors affecting job satisfaction of detention police.Finally we use data analyse what factors affecting job satisfaction.Results:The study found that the Detention police in Zhengzhou City overall satisfaction level of 3.32,have a high levels of overall satisfaction.Job satisfaction of women was higher than men;age under 25 has the lowest job satisfaction and significantly lower than other age groups;higher education tend to have more dissatisfied with their work,high school or Tertiary education in the detention police's job satisfaction is the highest;married Detention police's job satisfaction was significantly higher than unmarried and divorced detention police;work experience more than 20 years has the highest job satisfaction and significantly higher than other groups,satisfaction with five years's work experience was minimum;work in departments's satisfaction was significantly higher than who worked in the front line.The impact on job satisfaction factors were found, "institutional system";"self-realization";"leadership style";"work's characteristics";"social support";"promotion space";"Treatment" and "employee relations",these eight factors affecting job satisfaction of detention police.Conclusion:We strive to improve the detention police's community social influence to promote social recognize of the detention police profession and support. Should increase to improve the work environment, reducing the front line of the detention police's workload, prepare safer, more comfortable work environment for detention police. Concerned about their job status and the psychological feeling of the detention police, In the unit to strengthen the training of young people Especially for the students just graduated, give them lots of encouragement and more chance to exercise their work. More guidance can help them adapt to work more quickly.
