| At present,our society is in an important transition period.The characteristics of "stranger society" are more and more obvious.The relationship between people is also complex and changeable,and various contradictions are accumulating.Major conflicts and group disputes emerge one after another,which is not conducive to the harmonious and stable development of society.Urban community is the basic unit of society,different types of social groups are distributed in the community,which is easy to produce conflicts and disputes.As a way of mass autonomy,people’s mediation can effectively solve conflicts among different interest groups,and play a unique role in solving major complexity and resolving conflicts and disputes.This paper observes and analyzes the mediation work of urban community people through literature research,field visit and individual case study.On the basis of defining the basic concept of people’s mediation,this paper observes the work of people’s mediation in the urban community of area a of Jinan City on the basis of the theory of coordinated governance and social capital,summarizes its operation mechanism and practical effect,finds out its existing problems and causes,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the work of people’s mediation.Through the analysis of the people’s mediation work in the urban community of Jinan a district,this paper finds that there are many problems in the people’s mediation work in the urban community: first,the internal construction of the people’s mediation organization is not perfect,the incentive mechanism is not perfect and the linkage mechanism is not perfect;second,the work flow of the people’s mediation needs to be standardized,the mechanism construction and the inquiry procedure need to be improved;third,the people’s mediation strength needs to be improved Fourth,there is a deviation in people’s mediation recognition.In the future,people’s mediation work in urban communities needs to be reformed and improved in carrying forward the concept of dispute resolution in the new era,strengthening the construction of people’s mediation organization system,establishing internal and external coordination mechanism,improving the level of people’s mediators,and strengthening the funding guarantee.This paper provides new thinking for the development of urban community people’s mediation in the current social background. |
