Research On Urban-rural Differences In People's Mediation Practice

The research on difference of People’s Mediation between rural and urban areas.As the human culture and spirit was driven by the fast growing economy and the modernization of society broke the traditional simple structure and the inherent order in the rural organization. A city is the mixture of strangers where there is significant difference between individual’s education, cultural background and values. People are so different with each other that sharp conflicts can not be mediated by reason and emotion. Therefore it needs a systematic regulation to solve it. Customary society is a unique geographic area which is significantly different from modern city, so the mediation system in urban or rural areas must not be one size fits all and there must be some difference in practice.Therefore, to my mind, it is necessary to do research on their difference to experience how the mediation system is applied in rural and urban areas respectively and find its defects through field study. Also found that as the economy, culture, education, social background of different people’s mediation led to the current dispute type, number of differences between urban and rural areas,and with the rural economy, education, and gradually increase the level of legal services, as well as the collapse of urban-rural dual structure, such differences will gradually be reduced.
