Research On Rural Household Registration Reflux Under The Background Of Urbanization

China's household registration system has a long history and has played an important role since its establishment.Influenced by the social development,the current household registration management system has the dual characteristics of inclination of interests to urban population.Since the establishment of the dual household registration system in urban and rural areas,rural household registration groups have tried their best to change their identity into urban population.Urbanization has become the driving force of national economic growth and promoted the transformation of peasants to citizens.However,in practical work,it is found that peasants do not want to move their household registration to cities anymore,while those with urban household registration try their best to move their household registration back to the countryside,which is obviously different from the opinions of orderly promoting rural migrants to settle in cities in the reform of household registration system.It can be seen from the opinions that the reform of household registration system should promote the rural population to settle down in cities and improve the urbanization rate of our country.In the formulation of government policy,it is not to prohibit the free migration of urban residents'household registration,but to prevent the growth of rural household registration returns,minimize the occurrence of such phenomena,eliminate the rural household registration returns in pursuit of personal interests,and make beneficial exploration to promote the healthy development of urban integration by solving the problem of rural household registration returns.Based on the phenomenon that urban residents in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province choose to relocate their household registration to the countryside as the research object,this paper analyses the rural household registration reflux from the aspects of the relocation population,the relocation area,the different performance from the "counter-urbanization",the reasons behind and the problems caused,and puts forward effective solutions to the problem based on the background of the integrated development of cities and towns.This paper holds that the key to solving the problem of rural household registration Return lies in "equality" and"unity"."Equality" refers to the equalization of social and public services for urban and rural residents,eliminating the impact of the existing household registration welfare system,and allowing the household registration to play its due role;"Unification" means gradually liberalizing the household registration system between urban and rural areas and realizing the free migration of urban residents.
