Research On The Function Of Government Public Number To Enhance The Government Credibility

With the rapid development of new media,the life of the public has brought earth-shaking changes,and new media has gradually become an important medium for the public to exchange information.In the context of the rapid development of new media,many government departments have opened their own government official accounts,which not only provides a new platform for the promotion of government credibility,but also facilitates the timely delivery of government information,the provision of government services,and the enhancement of interaction between the government and the people.At the same time,the information diversification and complexity brought by new media seem to make the quality of information released by government official accounts change in the dissemination process,and also bring opportunities and challenges to government credibility,because it is of practical and theoretical significance to study the impact of government official accounts on government credibility.This paper combs the current situation of the related research on the governmental public number and the government credibility in the academic circle,at the same time,combines the theory with the reality,uses the method of questionnaire to sort out and collect,and then uses SPSS software to analyze the data,it is found that the timeliness of the topic,the degree of the topic,the quality of the topic and the quality of the public opinion processing will have an impact on the government credibility.According to the results of statistical analysis of data,hypothesis testing work,for the empirical research results of this study,conducted interviews,found that the main problems in the current public number: The issue of theGovernment Public Number lag phenomenon;The number of topics concerned by the government public is small and the degree of hot spots is not strong;the degree of information obtained by the government public is low;the quality of public opinion processing is not high.The main reasons of the problems are analyzed: lack of investigation and research,inaccurate orientation,insufficient mass thinking,lack of technical support and personnel guarantee,imperfect public number operation mechanism and supervision mechanism.Based on the analysis and research of the problems and causes of the administrative public number,this paper puts forward some measures to enhance the government's public credibility,namely: improving the timeliness of topics and ensuring the timeliness of public information access;taking the needs of the public as the starting point,the construction of convenient public administrative number;emphasis on the degree of Operation Specialization,improve the quality of public administrative topic;do a good job in handling public sentiment,to achieve social stability.
