Research On Countermeasure In Enhancing Government Credibility By Applying Government Microblog

With the rise and the development of social media, the construction of government credibility now facing new opportunities and challenges. Social media has a strong transmission and diffusion capability, it has a rapid development in our country. Governments at all levels have begun to use new socila media technology to provide public services and solve public problems.How the government departments innovate social management style and create a good image are important issues at present urgent exploration. Government microblogging is one of the social media and it has a broad prospects for development in China. This thesis studies under government microblogging application platform.It mainly discusses the phenomenon of government credibility deficiency,the reason and put forward countermeasures.Then the research provide new methods and strategies for the government to utilize government microblogging platform beeter and to enhance the credibility of the government.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part analyse the background and the significance of the topic.The author put forward the research question, introduces research methods and listed the innovation points of this thesis on the basis of relevant knowledge and theory. The second part introduces the concepts of new media, government microblogging, government credibility,.In this part,the basic concepts and connotations of government microblog and credibility of the government are defined.And it focuses on the analysis theory implication of enhancing credibility of the government under government microblog applications background on the basis of the new public service theory and civil society theory. The third part focuses on government microblog’s significance of enhancing the goverment credibility, which means the possibility of using government microblog to enhance the credibility of the government. The fourth part mainly analyzes the deficiency phenomenons of government’credibility under the current government microblogging background. And we analyze the reasons in deepth.
