In The Perspective Of Administrative Behavior Further Enhance The Credibility Of Chinese Government Research

Government credibility has become a worldwide problem faced by all countries, and its essence is the government legitimacy. Government credibility based on their own resources; the governments launched the administrative activities and thus get the public on the inner works of them. Government administrators, government administrative behavior and the behavior of the whole social system related to the recognition and trust. It runs through the country's political life and social life which plays a very important position. The government is directly related to the credibility level of the foundation of government legitimacy, which sustains its existence, sustained, stability and development. Therefore, further improve the credibility of the government of contemporary China's major task is to implement the scientific concept of development, which is the key to building a harmonious society.Three different time periods by the longitudinal comparison, elaborated the present situation of the credibility of the Chinese Government since the founding of the Nation. Generally speaking, the Chinese government credibility in a relatively high level, it is undeniable that the level of credibility of the Chinese government is still far away from the expectations. Specific administrative act, especially which are still many phenomena undermine the credibility and behavior, not only eroded the government's image, but also eroding the authority of the government. As a"flexible administrative capability,"credibility of the government, it is ruling the Chinese government which is not only a foundation of a nation, but also a manifestation of public opinion. Theoretical analysis of trust tracing paper suggested that the Chinese government currently affects the credibility of the three factors. The social and cultural theory, personality theory and the theory of government performance are corresponding to the factors of social, public and governmental factors separately. Based on the administrative action of government perspective, the factors affecting the credibility hypothesis, I assumed the public and social factors are constant, and focus on the government administrative behavior factors. In the government administrative behavior, the focuses are in government administrative decisions, administrative organizational behavior, administrative leadership and command actions, administrative enforcement actions and behavior of administrative supervision, respectively. I tried to find out the credibility of various factors of the Chinese government. With the actual situation in China now, this paper analyzed all government administrative acts of the credibility of the Chinese government, and mentioned the loss of some of the key factors. Finally, the article suggested the ways of further enhance the credibility of the Chinese government, which against the government administrative decisions, administrative organizational behavior, administrative leadership and command behavior, supervision and administrative enforcement actions and administrative actions. The five ways to reform were: avoiding the administrative decision-making errors, enhancing administrative organizational skills, improving leadership, enhancing command efforts, improving administrative implementation capacity, and improving administrative oversight mechanisms.
