Nowadays,China's huge elderly population is increasingly demanding for diversified and personalized old-age care services,and traditional old-age care services can no longer fully adapt to the rapidly growing trend of aging.In this context,the government's purchase of home care services is highly respected by all walks of life and came into being.This new type of old-age service model not only lays a practical foundation for the market-oriented transformation of old-age service,but also brings bright prospects for the development of China's old-age service.In2017,District E took the lead in Zhengzhou City to carry out the government's practice of purchasing elderly care services driven by the needs of the elderly and the elderly projects as the carrier.The path has formed a community home care service model with the characteristics of the central urban area.The article studies the supply quality of home care services purchased by the government of District E,and is committed to helping the scientific management of the quality of home care services.It is important for promoting the fair development of home care services purchased by the government,ensuring and improving the quality of life of the elderly Practical significance.The article mainly conducts research from the following six parts.The preface mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,the research summary of domestic and foreign scholars,the research methods used in the article and the overall research ideas.The second part explains the core concepts and theoretical basis of the article.The third part gives an overview of the status quo and results of the purchase of home care services by the government of District E,and points out the problems of the current quality of home care services purchased by the government.The fourth part of the article mainly involves the construction of service quality evaluation system and the design of questionnaires.The fifth part uses SPSS statistical software to statistically organize the data and conduct empirical analysis to draw conclusions.This article selects some elderly people who enjoy purchasing home care services in E District of Zhengzhou City as the research object,based on the revised SERVQUAL service quality model to design a quality evaluation scale for purchasing care services,and perceives the gap in service quality from the expectedservice quality of the old people From the perspective of quality evaluation,it is scientific and reasonable.In the five impact dimensions of "reliability","responsiveness","tangibility","guarantee" and "empathy" of the service quality model,the "reliability" and "responsiveness" of the elderly to service quality "The evaluation is high,and the overall service quality level needs to be improved.Among the five major types of services currently under development in the E District Government,the gap between the expected quality of the elderly and the actual perceived quality is relatively large.There are problems such as lack of personalized demand choices,service facilities to be improved,and weak service supply personnel.In the sixth part of the article,we provide optimization guidance suggestions for the future E area to further improve the quality of government-provided home care services.The government should improve the formulation of relevant laws and regulations,build a standardized quality supervision and evaluation system,and optimize the allocation of funds in the financial budget.Solve the problem of aging,improve the quality level of the government's purchase of home care services,and effectively meet the diverse needs of different elderly individuals.
