Research On The Practical Results Of The Party's Mass Line In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),targeted poverty alleviation strategy has become an innovative approach to poverty alleviation in China in the new era and new situation,which has changed the deep-seated problems such as precision and precision in previous poverty alleviation work,and made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.Party's mass line is our party during the period of revolution,reform and the new era of inheritance and development of heirloom,adhere to in the precision in the poverty alleviation work practice conscientiously implement the party's mass line,is the new requirement of new era to promote accurate poverty reduction,to the people to the values of the accuracy of the mass line and attain the goal of people out of poverty alleviation has consistency on the goal.Therefore,from the perspective of the party's mass line,it is of great significance to discuss the effectiveness of its practical measures in targeted poverty alleviation and summarize the achievements and experience of the party's mass line in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,so as to promote the further implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and enrich the new connotation of the party's mass line.First of all,on the basis of marxist methodology of this research,by using the theory of xi jinping fundation for tool,using literature method,study the party's mass line in revolution,construction and reform period,and after entering a new era of historical development process,points out the party's mass line as one of our party's family heirloom,constantly enrich its connotation in the national governance.At the same time,this paper theoretically analyzes the scientific views and important policies of the party central committee with general secretary xi jinping as the core on targeted poverty alleviation,expounds the background and connotation of the targeted poverty alleviation theory put forward at present,and puts forward the necessity of the guiding ideology that we must adhere to the mass line to promote targeted poverty alleviation in the new era.Secondly,by collecting and sorting out a large number of cases on the implementation of the mass line in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation through the literature method and case analysis,this paper summarizes how the party and leading cadres in the new era apply the party's mass line concept and working methods to the practical work of targeted poverty alleviation.It is concluded that the work concept and method of adhering to the mass line have made great achievements in the practice of poverty alleviation: promoting the realization of the target of precise and accurate poverty alleviation,making new progress in the system construction of the mass line in the new era,making the relationship between the party and the masses more harmonious,and making the ruling foundation of the party more solid.Finally,by combining the theory of mass line with the practice of poverty alleviation work,this paper summarizes the basic experience of the mass line of the communist party of China in the new era in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation work: it is necessary to strengthen the relevant system construction to carry out the work centering on the vital interests of the masses,adhere to the people-centered development thought,and adhere to the mass line.
