Research On The Transformation Of Jiangxi Local Government's Industry Management Functions

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the reform of government agencies,the full implementation of the "decentralization management" reform,industry development planning,industry policy guidance,and industry standard formulation have all put forward new requirements for industrial industry management.Industry management departments,administrative management The functions are facing readjustment.As an important part of industrial industry management,gold industry management aims to promote the adjustment of the gold industry structure,guide the production management of enterprises,and organize the management and rectification of illegal mining of gold minerals.At present,the gold industry management department of Jiangxi Province is divided into three levels of provinces,cities and counties(districts).The Jiangxi Gold Administration is an administrative examination and approval authority.There are XX city,county(district)gold administrations in major gold mines and smelting enterprises.Serving gold-related enterprises within the jurisdiction.In the context of the Jiangxi provincial government's comprehensive implementation of the "decentralization management"reform,it is necessary to study the transformation of local government's industry management functions in order to create a "five-type" government and improve the efficiency of administrative management.The research of this paper focuses on the theme of the transformation of the industry management function of the local government in Jiangxi.Taking the gold industry as an example,it has combed the development process and management reform of the gold industry in the province.,Summarized the characteristics of the gold industry management in Jiangxi Province,and pointed out the problems in the gold industry management such as fragmentation of management institutions,marginalization of functions,and lagging management legislation.From the literature search method,empirical analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,from the perspective of public management,the main reason for the analysis and deduction is that the transformation of the administrative management function is not fully in place.The research will combine the transformation of government functions with industry management to explore the innovation of local government management from the perspective of public management.Based on this,the problems existing in the management of the gold industry are analyzed,and research and discussion are conducted in the aspects of function transformation,organizational adjustment,and mechanism reform,and the countermeasures and measures for repositioning are proposed for the problems.
