The Research Of The Youth League Join Grassroots Social Management By The Perspective Coordinated Management

In contemporary society,collaborative governance is a vital way of social governance.The participation of the Communist Youth League in the cooperative governance of grass-roots society is becoming active gradually,diversified and remarkable.But there still have several problems,including unclear rights and responsibilities,weak effectiveness,unreasonable team structure,solidified form,lagging content,extensive development of cooperation with other social organizations,weakening of the role of youth in the cooperative governance of grass-roots society,which leads to the effect of collaborative governance of participation of the Communist Youth League in grass-roots society much less than expected.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper takes the participation of the Communist Youth League in grass-roots social governance as the object,analyzes and summarizes the main ways and achievements of the participation of the Communist Youth League in social collaborative governance based on the case analysis of N county in the central region,and dissects the reasons for restricting the effectiveness of the participation of the Communist Youth League in grass-roots social collaborative governance from multiple perspectives.By putting forward some solutions to this problem,this paper clarifies the power and responsibilities of the Youth League,improves the coordination mechanism,strengthens self construction,improves the team level,changes the work concept,optimizes the work content,strengthens the cooperation with other social organizations,and broadens the channels for youth to participate in the grass-roots collaborative governance to improve the ability,optimize the working mechanism and efficiency of the Youth League,and realize the better participation of Communist Youth League in the coordinated governance of grass-roots society,and make positive and beneficial exploration for China's modernization.
