Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Comprehensive Law Enforcement Of Urban Management In Hohhot

Urban management is an important part of social management.In the process of accelerating the development of urbanization in China,the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management arises at the historic moment.After more than a decade of pilot work and related work,we have made remarkable achievements in promoting comprehensive social governance,deepening reform of the management system,and building a law-based government.Since the reform and opening up,the material accumulation of people's life has been increasing,and the urbanization process in China has been continuously strengthened.The change of thinking,coupled with the backward management concepts and methods of relevant government departments,led to the mismatch between urban development and comprehensive law enforcement methods of urban management,resulting in increasingly prominent conflicts.The inevitable problems arise,for example:the violent resistance of mobile vendors and the violent enforcement of law by law enforcement officers;The result of illegal behavior is easy to be repeated;Implementation policy is incoherent,indirect,etc.With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization,these problems become more complex and expanded.Today,media networks are growing rapidly.Although some of these reports are exaggerated,untrue and one-sided,it is undeniable that there are still many problems in the comprehensive law enforcement of urban management.At this stage,it is necessary to review and summarize,dig meaningful aspects,analyze the causes of adverse effects,summarize the experience of the development of urban management system,and make efforts to promote the comprehensive law enforcement system of urban management to be more perfect.From the perspective of a first-tier city management staff,based on the new public service theory and public governance theory,the author compares the research evolvement at home and abroad to find my research direction:improving the legal mechanism system,transforming the urban management concept,etc.From the present situation of urban management in Hohhot,this paper tries to discuss the problems existing in the process of comprehensive law enforcement of urban management in Hohhot,such as frequent conflicts in law enforcement,unsound laws and regulations,etc.,and tries to explain the causes of the problems,and puts forward relevant reasonable countermeasures from the perspective of perfecting the law enforcement system and serving the masses.
