The Exploration Of Violence Law Enforcement In Urban Management In Urbanization

The article starts from the relationship between urbanization and lawenforcement of violence and use the knowledge of management and aw to explore reasons andthe ways of solving the violence of law enforcement. Chased violence and lawenforcement to induce violent resistance to law enforcement costs, trampling on the legalauthority to damage the image of law enforcement officers; lead to this problem is mainly due tothe defects of the law enforcement the main square, and aspects of law enforcement counterpart,urban management and management systems and policy shortcomings.At last, the article takes vendor management for example, the analysis draws on amulti-national experience in urban management. And attempts were made to China’s urbanmanagement and law enforcement countermeasures: changes philosophy, improve themanagement and related systems, the need to improve the city supporting measures proposed tolegalize the vendors, community governance, reasonable urban planning on the combined use ofvendors governance.Urban management in the process of urbanization must be accompanied by all kinds ofcontradictions and conflicts.
